Services

REGULAR WEEKLY WORSHIP takes place as follows...

Every SUNDAY at 11.15am lasting just over the hour.
Holiday visitors and any local adults, teenagers and children are always welcome. Membership is not required in order to attend services, so please feel welcome to make that first step and come inside!

There is usually an opportunity for the congregation to have a cup of coffee and a chat after the service, if you can stay on.

While the service is in progress, from 10.50am there is a Creche (babies and toddlers), Bubbles (pre school) Pals (P1-3), J4us(P4-5), Sunday Club (P6&7), Sunday Squad (1st-3rd Year) all available, and new friends are always welcome.

The young people come in from their activities to the last part of the service, and we end the time of worship by praising God together.

Changes to Services

From the beginning of November 2007, our services will start at 11.15am and Dairsie services at 9.45am in order to allow Rev Gareth Davies to conduct both services without too much rush. Agreed by both Kirk Sessions, this is intended as a short term arrangement to be reviewed when the Minister returns to work.

Every WEDNESDAY 9.30-10am
There is a service in the Hall followed by tea and coffee. This short and fairly informal midweek service is growing in popularity and suits many who have been away from the Church for a while. Many older members also like to attend and parents with children are welcome too.

Communion services take place on the second Sunday of March, June, September, December at 11 am and 2.30pm. There is an Evening Thanksgiving Service at 6.30pm on Communion Sundays.

Summer Services

Sundays in June and July

The last Sunday in June and all the Sundays in July follow a summer pattern. The services in both Dairsie at 9.30am and at St John's at 11am last for approximately 45 minutes, and every alternate week are led by teams from the congregations.  There are Summer Activities for children in the hall at St John's. Tea and coffee after both services.  All, especially visitors, welcome.
